HR & Administration Specialist – Lahore

About the role

Agay Barho is seeking a proactive HR & Administration Specialist to manage daily human‑resource functions and oversee factory administration in Lahore. The role combines employee‑relations, payroll, recruitment, and compliance duties with office‑management tasks such as utilities, security, vendor coordination, and staff‑welfare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee attendance, leave requests and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Manage full recruitment cycle – job posting, interviewing, onboarding and grievance handling.
• Oversee office and factory administration, including security, housekeeping, driver management and utility services.
• Maintain infrastructure, arrange repairs, and support construction activities for the facility.
• Handle travel arrangements, visa processing and guest‑facility management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies and government regulations through proper documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with government departments for inspections and official communications.
• Maintain confidential employee records and manage vendor contracts for facility services.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of HR or administration experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive attitude without direct team‑management responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of HR documentation and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with labour‑law compliance and vendor management.
