Junior Technical Recruiter

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, both domestically and internationally, while helping to build a strong employer brand and smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and extend offers to technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles.
• Enhance employer branding through content creation and participation in recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, from offer acceptance to the first day, and support new‑hire integration.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in technical recruitment or related HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
