HR Associate – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

The HR Associate will partner with the HR Business Partner to deliver core HR processes and people initiatives that support Nestlé Pakistan’s business objectives. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and data‑driven HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner in implementing people initiatives and HR programs aligned with Nestlé’s practices.
• Facilitate onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Execute talent acquisition strategies, maintain sourcing channels, and provide a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture‑building activities to foster an inclusive, high‑performing environment.
• Assist in the administration of learning and development programs in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, employee records, and people metrics for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field) from an HEC‑recognized institution.
• 3‑4 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, learning & development, or HR operations.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of core HR processes and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR information systems.
