Junior Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

The team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the HR business partnering function, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance reviews, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigations, guidance, and solutions.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Help HR Business Partners with performance review processes, tracking performance and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with Training & Development on sales competency assessments.
• Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide administrative support such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and HR database upkeep.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience with HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Capability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
