HR Executive (Part‑Time)

About the role

Motion Graphix is building its HR function from scratch and needs a part‑time HR Executive to design and run core people processes. You will work closely with the founder and the growing creative team to hire, onboard, support and develop staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create employment contracts, employee handbook and policies on leave, attendance, working hours, probation and notice periods.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, employee records and coordinate payroll with accounts.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring: write job posts, screen CVs, coordinate test tasks, schedule interviews and issue offer letters.
• Design a structured onboarding process and simple performance‑review system.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, address concerns early and foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EOBI and social‑security registration.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or HR executive.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (BBA/MBA HR preferred).
• Working knowledge of Pakistani labour law and statutory compliance.
• Comfort building processes from scratch and handling sensitive matters discreetly.
• Strong communication in English and Urdu, organised and self‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience in a creative agency, software house or startup (nice to have).
• Familiarity with HR tools or Google Workspace for records and tracking.
• Experience recruiting for creative roles such as animators, designers or video editors.
