Junior Account Manager – IT Services

About the role

Join Tkxel’s growing sales team as a Junior Account Manager, supporting a portfolio of US and EU IT services accounts. You will work directly with a senior Account Manager and the Director of Sales, gaining hands‑on experience in client engagement and account growth from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of active accounts while taking primary ownership of a smaller set of low‑complexity accounts.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews: gather delivery data, draft narratives, build presentation decks, and coordinate agendas with engineering leads.
• Coordinate internal processes between clients, delivery teams, and finance, including Jira ticket updates, Salesforce hygiene, SOW change tracking, and invoice queries.
• Serve as the first‑line point of contact for operational matters such as status updates, scheduling, documentation, and follow‑ups.
• Identify expansion signals in client conversations and relay them to senior Account Managers with context.
• Monitor account health, flagging quiet clients, emerging delivery issues, and upcoming contract renewals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a client‑facing role (project coordination, junior PM, customer success, BDR/SDR, or post‑sale support).
• Strong written communication skills—clear, structured, and free of fluff.
• Detail‑oriented mindset that ensures Jira tickets stay updated and follow‑ups never slip.
• Comfortable participating in technical conversations between client engineering leads and delivery teams.
• Curiosity about how IT services businesses generate revenue, including billing models, margins, utilization, and contract structures.
• Based in Lahore.
