About the role

We are looking for a motivated Umrah Agent to join our Lahore office. The successful candidate will help clients plan and book Umrah travel packages, ensuring a smooth and comfortable pilgrimage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized travel itineraries for Umrah pilgrims.
• Secure competitive airfares and negotiate with airlines, hotels and transport providers.
• Manage reservations and ticketing using online travel platforms.
• Maintain timely communication with clients throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in fare calculations, pricing and ticketing.
• Experience with reservation and online travel booking systems.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah travel requirements, policies and documentation.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Urdu are a plus.
