About the role
The Senior Manager, Client Services leads the delivery of commercial activities and client relationship management for one or more lines of business. Reporting to senior leadership, the role holds revenue accountability and drives strategic planning for assigned programs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall relationship with clients and IBEX Global, building collaborative, client‑focused partnerships at all organizational levels.
- Coordinate with internal resource units and critical functions to resolve business issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the client advocate across the matrix organization, managing expectations and escalating issues to resolution.
- Develop and execute account strategies, supporting intermediate and long‑range business planning.
- Lead and potentially expand a team of program managers, increasing the scope of executive‑level client interaction.
- Maintain communication processes that reinforce client confidence in IBEX Global.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience working with US and European clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage revenue‑responsible programs and large client portfolios.
