Manager – Collections & Credit Management

About the role

The Manager, Collections & Credit Management will maintain subsidiary records, process financial transactions in SAP and oversee collections and reconciliations for C&W and Interconnect customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain subsidiary records of receivables, payables, bank guarantees, IRUs, advances, and security deposits.
• Process, record, and post financial transactions in SAP.
• Manage collections and bank reconciliations for C&W and Interconnect customers.
• Maintain party‑wise, service‑wise, and month‑wise receivable ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments from Interconnect Operators.
• Process CPP payments/adjustments to CMOs against PSTN receivables and maintain related records.
• Prepare and analyze Movement in Receivable Accounts (MRA) reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), CMA Inter, CA Inter, ACCA or related qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Negotiation skills and ability to work accurately and independently.
• Analytical vision/skill, time and people management.
