Head of Partnerships

About the role

The Head of Partnerships will design and execute Mobilink Bank’s strategic partnership framework to drive sustainable growth, institutional sales and ecosystem expansion. This senior role reports to the Chief Business Officer and focuses on high‑value alliances, brand ambassador programmes and digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Identify, onboard and manage strategic partnerships across corporate, institutional, digital and ecosystem players.
• Lead commercial negotiations, establish long‑term alliances and drive B2B/B2C business development initiatives.
• Build and institutionalise the Bank’s Brand Ambassador Programme to support liability mobilisation.
• Collaborate with Liability Sales, Marketing and Digital teams on partnership‑led campaigns and fintech solutions.
• Ensure partnership agreements comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver partnership initiatives on time and monitor performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Banking or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business partnerships, corporate sales or institutional banking.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in strategic alliances, value‑chain partnerships and ecosystem‑based business models.
• Strong exposure to liability business and institutional sales.
