Manager Products & Innovation VAS

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Products & Innovation VAS to redesign our Business Canvas Model for a telecom operator. The role focuses on developing, launching, and scaling value‑added services (VAS) while driving revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage product KPIs such as revenue, subscriber count, churn, complaints and engagement.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and uptake.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analytical projects and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in creating 1‑year and 5‑year strategic plans with regular adjustments.
• Conceive new business models and revenue streams for VAS offerings.
• Provide product expertise during roadmap and pricing strategy discussions.
• Perform customer segmentation, profiling and develop targeted micro‑segment campaigns.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, coordinating with MARCOM, CX and segment teams.
• Carry out primary and secondary research, competitor analysis and pricing strategy formulation.
