Area Sales Manager

About the role

JazzWorld is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the Khanpur region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Head, you will oversee a team of Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives, driving growth in postpaid sales, mobile wallet activation, remittances, and retail/franchise development.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and assess the market area, building relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
• Design and execute plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi‑Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
• Collaborate with Commercial Planning to launch campaigns that boost postpaid penetration.
• Develop and maintain a robust distribution and retail network throughout the region.
• Manage franchise and retail channels, motivating staff and explaining profitability models.
• Achieve monthly KPIs such as postpaid sales, remittances, cash‑in, MNP, gross ads, Jazz Cash wallet activations, and 4G penetration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (DFS, Sales Operations, Channel Planning, Technical Teams) and external partners (franchise staff, retailers).

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of sales distribution, channel development, and retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC‑recognized institute.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and act as a change catalyst.
• Strong communication, resilience, professionalism, and maturity.
