About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our high‑performance team. This remote position works US business hours and focuses on generating qualified SaaS leads for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls and emails to book demos with decision‑makers.
  • Identify influencers within target accounts and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Design and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best practices.
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with AEs to hand over qualified leads and accelerate deals.
  • Drive urgency, communicate value, and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Required profile

  • Based in Pakistan and able to work US hours (7 pm – 4 am).
  • Fluent English communicator, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and booking meetings.
  • Experience closing deals is a plus.

Required skills

  • High‑volume outbound prospecting.
  • CRM usage and data hygiene.
  • Building and managing outreach cadences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
