About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Long‑Term Rental team. You will guide prospective tenants through the entire rental journey, from initial contact to signing the lease, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads, qualify prospects based on budget, timeline and preferences, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand client requirements and present curated options of apartments, villas, compounds and condominiums in Riyadh.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow up proactively, address objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update the sales pipeline and provide market feedback.
- Consistently meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, real‑estate sales or a customer‑facing commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
