About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for Creative Chaos' SaaS software solutions. You will drive customer acquisition and retention while guiding a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve performance.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven record of managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to lead in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience with sales management tools.
