Senior HR Manager – Human Resources Operations

About the role

Riphah International University is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead Human Resources Operations across its education and healthcare campuses. The role will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization‑wide HR policies and strategies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration (including EOBI, Social Security, health & life Takaful, fuel cards).
• Manage HR operations for multiple sites through dedicated HR resources.
• Maintain and update employee master data in SAP HCM and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct HR audits, ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and benefit schemes.
• Administer HR systems such as SAP HCM, Fiori, employee portal, and performance management tools.
• Prepare and control the HR budget, monitor KPIs, and generate HR metrics reports.
• Address employee queries related to compensation, labor regulations, and HR policies.

Required profile

• Master’s or MBA in Human Resources Management from an HEC‑recognized institute.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial or senior‑level experience in Human Capital, preferably in academia or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and solve complex HR problems.
