Technical Recruiter (IT & Technical Roles)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring process for a variety of technical positions. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for a fast‑growing IT team based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps.Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and maintain the interview schedule.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records, ensuring data accuracy.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process and support smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of common technical roles and basic technology stacks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
