About the role
We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring process for a variety of technical positions. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for a fast‑growing IT team based in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps.Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and maintain the interview schedule.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process and support smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of common technical roles and basic technology stacks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
