Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the substation and service sectors to understand and meet their needs.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, clearly communicating Siemens Energy’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including tendering, engineering, and project execution—to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and identify new market opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote Siemens Energy’s substation solutions and services.
• Support the preparation and presentation of technical proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with less than one year of experience.
• Basic understanding of substation equipment and services, with a strong desire to expand this knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, demonstrating collaboration and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to support sales and technical activities.
• Proactive approach to market research, providing insights into trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
