Product Information Manager (PIM) Specialist

About the role

The Product Information Manager (PIM) Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product information across multiple ERP systems to ensure data integrity for quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and SKU‑based reporting. The role supports Zones’ global operations by delivering accurate product data promptly and adhering to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and execute SKU management requirements for designated Zones locations.
• Format SKU information for seamless transfer to other global geo teams’ ERP systems.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of product information in accordance with SOPs.
• Process product modification requests accurately throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide timely support to global geo teams during their standard operating hours.
• Ensure SKU requests and other data‑related projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain data integrity to support key business operations such as quoting, purchasing, and invoicing.

Required profile

• Graduate of any specialization.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing clear documentation.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
