Regional Manager Solutions & Project Management

About the role

The Regional Manager – Solutions & Project Management will lead pre‑sales, sales and post‑sales activities as well as overall project delivery for solution services across the Lahore region. Reporting to the Regional Head, the role partners with sales and service teams to qualify opportunities, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales & services to qualify opportunities, define pursuit plans, win themes, and bid timelines.
• Lead customer discovery, produce solution outlines, and coordinate detailed architecture, BoQ/BoM, and Statement of Work with HQ solution team.
• Prepare technical write‑ups, pricing inputs, and submit accurate proposals that meet approval and margin guidelines.
• Manage non‑cloud pre‑sales activities such as demos, PoCs, site surveys, and partner quotations while documenting risks and assumptions.
• Coordinate contract terms with sales, credit, and legal teams to ensure scope, SLAs, milestones, and billing triggers are aligned.
• Oversee project kickoff, plan milestones, monitor changes, and drive projects to acceptance and operational handover, escalating issues as needed.
