Relationship Officer - Auto Loans

About the role

JS Bank is looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer focused on Auto Loans to join its Consumer & Retail Products team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for driving auto‑loan sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding the bank’s auto‑financing portfolio while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire Auto Loan customers through market visits, dealership partnerships, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly auto‑financing sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships and potential borrowers.
• Cross‑sell other banking products such as Personal Loans and retail offerings.
• Ensure complete documentation and smooth processing of loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up to convert leads into borrowers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in auto sales or financing.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also be considered.

Required skills
