Telesales Representative – US Dental Labs

About the role

ClearCare Ortho is seeking a full‑time hybrid Telesales Representative to promote its orthodontic solutions to dental labs across the United States. Based in Lahore with flexible work‑from‑home options, you will build long‑term relationships and help labs adopt fast, accurate 3D aligner workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US dental labs, introduce services, and qualify leads.
• Present product benefits, handle inquiries, and follow up to convert prospects into active customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide market feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills suitable for international telesales.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centre or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or dental sectors.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones while being reliable and punctual.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.
• Comfort using basic office software tools such as Microsoft Office.
