Business Development Executive

About the role

Infinity Media, a creative and marketing agency that helps brands build and grow their presence through branding, social media, content production, performance marketing and digital solutions, is hiring a Business Development Executive in Gulberg III, Lahore. The role is full-time and on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and involves identifying corporate clients and brands, presenting the agency's services and portfolio, and converting qualified prospects into meetings and business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients, brands and businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct outbound business development and follow up consistently with prospects
• Present the agency's services, capabilities, portfolio and case studies to potential clients
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, including office visits when required
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals
• Follow up prospects from first contact through meeting, proposal, negotiation and closing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and opportunities in the company's CRM or system
• Research target industries, companies and decision-makers to find new opportunities
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for outreach, meetings, qualified leads and conversions

Required profile

• BBA / MBA or a relevant business or marketing degree
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or a marketing/advertising agency
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with corporate decision-makers and business owners
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
