Account Executive – Outbound Sales

About the role

Burq is looking for an Account Executive to drive outbound sales and expand its client base. You will be the front‑line representative, showcasing Burq’s logistics solutions to prospective partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails and other channels.
• Conduct cold calls, follow‑ups and personalized outreach to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Deliver product demos and virtual meetings, demonstrating value and handling objections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align goals and strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
