Account Specialist

About the role

The Account Specialist will work on‑site in Layyah, managing and nurturing client accounts within the electrical/electronic manufacturing sector for AM Energies, a solar energy and distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned clients, respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery tracking.
• Monitor account performance, update records in CRM/ERP systems and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret account data and basic financial information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Foundational finance knowledge covering invoicing, payment terms and revenue impact.
• Solid customer‑service experience with a focus on issue resolution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Experience using basic CRM or ERP systems for account management.
