Account Support Analyst

About the role

Motive is looking for an Account Support Analyst to join its Finance organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for Order Management, supporting Mid‑Market Account Managers throughout the quote‑to‑cash process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) activities, providing CPQ assistance and ensuring accurate quotes and orders.
• Support vendor finance deals, account audits, transfers and mergers while maintaining data integrity.
• Handle customer and shipment queries, create replacement sales orders, and resolve order issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Fulfillment, Customer Support and other teams to ensure a seamless order process.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in Salesforce and Zuora, following SOPs.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Management, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain.
• 4+ years of customer‑facing operations or support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.
• Proven problem‑solving and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
