Accountant

About the role

OUTSOURCE IT is seeking an experienced Accountant to strengthen its finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes, and ensuring that all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of accounting principles are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive accounting records and perform regular reconciliations of accounts.
• Review, verify, and accurately post financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare timely financial statements and management reports that reflect the company’s financial position.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to improve processes and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting software.
