Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering clear financial insights and overseeing the full accounting cycle. The role combines client‑facing responsibilities with leadership of a shared‑services accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing actionable financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements.
• Lead accounting operations within a shared‑services environment, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Prepare and maintain amortization schedules and related accounting records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support accounting projects and ensure successful execution across teams.
• Apply public accounting standards to maintain compliance with reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management and month‑end close.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in public accounting is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Expert level use of Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with LeaseCrunch (Crunchafi).
