Accounts and Finance Manager

About the role

The Accounts and Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insight for the organization. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and supports key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end closing, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure quality control over all financial transactions and reporting.
• Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls.
• Produce financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Analyze financial data to advise on investment activities and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required).
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CMA (highly desirable).
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance or accounting management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
