Accounts and Finance Manager

About the role

The Accounts and Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insight for the organization. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive professional who can manage day‑to‑day accounting operations while supporting long‑term financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including month‑end and year‑end close, AP/AR, cash receipts, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and coordinate budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls, develop accounting policies, and ensure quality control over financial transactions.
• Produce financial statements and manage the audit process with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to advise on investment decisions and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Support cross‑functional projects and drive finance‑related strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA, CMA preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance or accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
