Accounts & Billing Specialist

About the role

Go Mobit is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Accounts & Billing Specialist to manage financial operations across multiple business entities. The role is ideal for someone who can juggle several priorities, work with financial data, and keep billing processes accurate in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and billing activities for multiple entities, including invoice preparation and billing record processing.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring consistency and accuracy across accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment tracking, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks, categorising transactions correctly.
• Support account reconciliations, periodic reporting, and month‑end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Prioritise competing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with multi‑entity accounting and ability to manage records across several companies.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
