Accounts Executive

About the role

Tech Bridge Consultancy is hiring a full-time Accounts Executive in Lahore, working on-site during night shifts. The role covers routine account administration, record keeping and supporting the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine account administration and keep accurate financial records.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment entries and expense records.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Communicate directly with international B2B clients about accounting matters, handle their queries and coordinate for the documents they need.
• Review financial data for accuracy, document accounting processes and support the accounting team with other finance tasks.

Required profile

• 1 year of hands-on accounting experience.
• Account administration experience and experience working with international clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English; professional, confident communication with clients.
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
