Accounts Receivable Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) leader to manage the end‑to‑end AR function within a manufacturing environment. The role will ensure timely cash collection, maintain clean AR ledgers and support treasury activities while complying with IFRS and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AR ageing and overdue accounts, approving credit and managing delinquent accounts.
• Lead continuous improvements of AR processes, internal controls and cash‑inflow tracking.
• Coordinate with treasury for cash‑flow forecasting and bank relationships.
• Maintain accurate postings in the ERP system and ensure the AR ledger remains reconciled.
• Support internal and external audits, resolve disputes and prepare regular AR performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and relevant tax requirements.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance, ACCA or CA (Inter) qualification.
• 7‑10 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP B1 ERP.
• Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
