About the role
HR Navigator is hiring a full-time Admissions Officer in Garden Town, Lahore. The post handles student admissions enquiries and paperwork, works closely with the academic and finance departments, and meets monthly admission targets. The position is open to fresh graduates and requires on-site work.
Key responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Assist students with application forms and required documents
- Verify applications and maintain admission records
- Coordinate with the academic and finance departments during admissions
- Track application progress and keep students informed
- Maintain accurate data in the admission system
- Meet monthly admission targets
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Required skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
