Admissions Sales Executive

About the role

Edversity is an emerging ed‑tech platform in Pakistan that helps learners acquire job‑ready skills in AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud and other emerging technologies. As an Admissions Sales Executive you will turn warm leads into enrolled students, guiding them through program details, fees and enrollment steps.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through ads, webinars, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Understand each candidate’s background, goals and learning needs.
• Recommend the most suitable Edversity program based on career objectives.
• Explain program outcomes, fee structure, payment process and enrollment steps clearly.
• Convert interested leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead status, call notes and updates in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with admissions, operations and program teams for smooth onboarding.
• Provide feedback on objections, market response and competitor insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident on phone, WhatsApp and in‑person conversations.
• Target‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Disciplined with daily follow‑ups and able to handle objections.
• Interest in education, technology, startups and career development.
• Willingness to work onsite at Edversity’s NSTP office in Islamabad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for communication.
• Experience using Google Sheets for tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales systems.
