After Sales Service Specialist (Electric Bikes)

About the role

We are looking for an After Sales Service Specialist to join our Lahore team, supporting customers of our electric bikes. The role involves handling inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, coordinating repairs, and managing warranty claims to ensure a smooth post‑sale experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electric bike and EV systems.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with service teams.
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service records.
• Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, troubleshooting, and handling client complaints.
• Technical knowledge of electric bikes and electric vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with documentation and reporting tools for warranty processing.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant after‑sales service experience in automotive or EV industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
