AGM – Information Security Lead (Financial Institution)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM – Information Security professional to lead our Information Security, Business Continuity Management, and Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions within a financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Information Security, Business Continuity, and SOC functions.
• Oversee PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage security incident response processes and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Conduct information security risk assessments and monitor controls.
• Implement Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on security matters.
• Drive security awareness and training initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Information Security team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or Information Systems from an HEC‑recognized university.
• 12–14 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in a management role.
• Experience in the financial institution or payment industry preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or C‑CISO are a plus.
