AI Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI‑driven applications and machine‑learning solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to create intelligent systems that boost automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch AI and ML models for real‑world use cases.
• Build and optimise AI‑powered tools using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open‑source LLMs.
• Create scalable APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Fine‑tune models, improve performance, and implement prompt‑engineering and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions into web platforms, CRMs, and business systems.
• Monitor model performance, reliability, and scalability in production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face.
• Experience with large language models, generative AI tools, and prompt engineering.
• Vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Building REST APIs and scalable backend systems.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring workflows.
