AI‑Powered Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can harness AI tools to produce compelling content and run high‑performing advertising campaigns. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Gulberg, Lahore and focuses on elevating brand awareness, engagement and revenue across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form and long‑form video content using AI tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Invideo, Sora, CapCut and Adobe Firefly.
• Produce Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop AI prompts and collaborate on storytelling and campaign concepts.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, including content scheduling and community interaction.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) and conduct A/B testing, retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Analyse data using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, performance or content marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, HeyGen, Invideo, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
