Arabic-Speaking Business Development Executive

About the role

SoftThrive is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Business Development Executive to engage with potential clients in Saudi Arabia. The role involves qualifying leads, scheduling sales meetings, and supporting the team during client discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Call incoming Saudi leads and communicate professionally in Arabic.
• Understand prospects’ business needs and interest in SoftThrive’s services.
• Follow up via phone and WhatsApp to keep leads engaged.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and sales/technical teams.
• Join online meetings to facilitate Arabic communication and capture client requirements.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow‑up records, and lead status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Arabic, preferably with Saudi or Gulf dialect familiarity.
• Good English communication skills for internal coordination.
• Confident and professional when speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong listening, follow‑up, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the Rawalpindi office.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales or business development is preferred.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
