About the role
The ON‑SITE FURNITURE SALES ASSISTANT works full‑time in our Islamabad showroom, greeting customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right furniture solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, provide product information and demonstrate features.
- Prepare price quotes, process orders and handle billing.
- Maintain clean, well‑presented showroom displays and restock brochures.
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and coordinate with sales and inventory teams.
- Support daily store operations to meet sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Clear, professional communication and active listening.
- Sales aptitude with ethical closing ability.
- Organisational skills for handling multiple requests and documentation.
- Previous retail or furniture‑sales experience is an asset.
- Minimum high school diploma; further business or marketing education is beneficial.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
