Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site client meetings in Karachi Division with remote tasks. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the complete sales cycle for custom corrugated packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and contribute to pricing and promotional strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market research abilities to identify trends and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proven lead generation experience, including prospecting, networking, and pipeline management.
• Relevant B2B sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors.
• Ability to work hybrid, manage time effectively, and travel within Karachi Division for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
