About the role
As an Area Sales Manager you will lead sales operations for Nestlé in Lahore, driving business objectives and ensuring a strong market presence. You will be the primary liaison for distributors and customers, guaranteeing operational excellence and compliance with Nestlé standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales plans aligned with channel and category priorities.
- Manage and develop distributors and customers, overseeing sales, inventory, order management and payments.
- Drive execution of channel category plans at point of purchase to ensure product availability, visibility and growth.
- Provide accurate market insights, including demand forecasts, competitor activity and launch tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, trade terms, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, motivate and develop Nestlé sales force and distributor teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations, distributor management and customer development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
