About the role

The Assistant Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) will support the Chief Medical Officer in overseeing daily medical operations at Mamji Hospital. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures high‑quality patient care, aligns clinical teams with strategic objectives, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day medical operations and support clinical teams.
• Oversee utilization management to optimize resource use.
• Align medical staff activities with the hospital’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• Advanced medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Proven clinical expertise and ability to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Experience in utilization management and medical affairs, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of managed care practices, healthcare regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in strategic planning to align initiatives with hospital objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and collaborative team management.
• Previous experience in medical administration or a senior leadership role in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
