Assistant Manager Finance – Payables

About the role
The Assistant Manager Finance – Payables will oversee international payment operations and ensure accurate processing of invoices in line with company policies. This role supports the finance team in month‑end and year‑end closing activities while collaborating closely with procurement, logistics and treasury.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt notes and contract terms to ensure correctness.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and treasury teams to facilitate smooth transaction flow.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Required profile
- ACCA, MBA or BBA from a recognized university.
- Minimum three years of experience in payables, invoice processing and international payments.
- Strong understanding of LC, TT and banking procedures for imports and exports.
Required skills
- Oracle (preferred).
