Assistant Manager Sales - Real Estate

About the role

ASG Developers, a Lahore-based sole proprietorship in the real estate sector, is hiring an Assistant Manager Sales. The role supports the company's property sales activity, guides prospective clients through available opportunities and helps deliver a consistent, informed customer experience. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations and coordinate property enquiries, follow-ups and client meetings.
• Explain available properties, their features, pricing and transaction steps accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors and existing clients.
• Assist with sales targets, lead tracking, pipeline updates and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with colleagues and property stakeholders to progress client requirements and documentation.
• Monitor local property-market activity and share observations to support sales planning.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-through.

Required profile

• Practical experience supporting property sales, real estate brokerage or a related customer-facing sales function.
• Clear verbal and written communication, persuasive presentation and confident client-interaction skills.
• Ability to identify client needs, explain property options and follow up consistently through the sales cycle.
• Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, target tracking and basic performance reporting.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and objection-handling skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail when coordinating meetings, enquiries and transaction documents.
• Familiarity with Lahore's real estate market and common property sales processes.

Required skills

• Comfort using spreadsheets, email and standard office tools to keep accurate client and sales records.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 40,000 to 80,000.
• Incentive bonus.
