Assistant/Deputy Manager – After Sales, Service & Parts

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead after‑sales, service and parts operations for heavy automotive equipment. The role ensures high‑quality service, customer satisfaction and growth of the spare‑parts business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall after‑sales and service operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise service teams, monitor service quality, turnaround time and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop and drive the spare‑parts business, ensuring availability of critical parts and optimizing inventory.
• Coordinate with sales, suppliers and internal departments to generate after‑sales opportunities and cross‑sell parts.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate after‑sales, service and parts teams, setting performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in the heavy automotive industry, specifically in after‑sales, service and spare‑parts operations.
• Proven track record in parts business development, inventory management and team leadership.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in out‑station locations.
