Associate - AML Compliance

About the role

The Associate – AML Compliance will support the implementation and maintenance of anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorist financing frameworks, ensuring the organization meets regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures and controls.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) and ongoing monitoring.
• Identify, assess and report suspicious transactions or activities (STR/SAR).
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and supervisory authority requirements.
• Support AML risk assessments, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Deliver AML awareness and training sessions to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in AML compliance (preferred).
• Good knowledge of AML laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
