Associate - AML Compliance

About the role
The Associate – AML Compliance will support the implementation and maintenance of anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorist financing frameworks, ensuring the organization meets regulatory obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures and controls.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) and ongoing monitoring.
- Identify, assess and report suspicious transactions or activities (STR/SAR).
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and supervisory authority requirements.
- Support AML risk assessments, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Deliver AML awareness and training sessions to clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, law or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in AML compliance (preferred).
- Good knowledge of AML laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
