Associate Business Developer (Staff Augmentation)

About the role

OctaMD, a medical billing solutions provider based in Lahore, is hiring a full-time, onsite Associate Business Developer for its staff augmentation business. The role works on USA working hours, Monday to Friday, and covers the full cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate staff augmentation opportunities on online platforms and professional networks
• Prepare and submit well-structured bids and proposals tailored to client needs
• Monitor new listings and carry out market and client research
• Engage prospects, follow up on bids and run lead discovery and pricing discussions
• Negotiate terms and close deals to build long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of bidding and pipeline activities
• Work with senior management and delivery teams on service offerings, resource availability and pricing

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of business development experience in staff augmentation or services; healthcare experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, IT or a related field preferred
• Comfortable learning medical billing and healthcare terminology

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication, able to write persuasive proposals and present to international clients
• Proficiency with bidding and lead-generation platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn, CRM tools and office productivity tools
• Solid understanding of staff augmentation models, resource pricing, engagement types and contract terms
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets and close deals
