Audit Associate

About the role

The Audit Associate will execute comprehensive financial, operational, value‑based and special audits in line with the annual audit plan. The role involves deep analysis of organisational processes, data and documentation to assess risk, identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial, operational, value and special audits as defined in the audit plan.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate process documentation, reports, data and flowcharts.
• Document processes through narratives, flowcharts and manuals.
• Identify control weaknesses and propose risk‑mitigation and cost‑saving measures.
• Conduct follow‑up assessments to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.

Required profile

• ACC​A qualification or a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree from an HEC‑recognised institution.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, professional scepticism and attention to detail.
